I absolutely loved the beautiful decor of the hotel. It had a charming and cozy ambiance that made me feel right at home. The furnishings were elegant and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The general areas of the hotel were also easily accessible for senior people like me, with wide hallways and conveniently located elevators. It made it easy for me to navigate around the hotel without any issues. I truly appreciated the attention to detail in creating a space that was not only aesthetically pleasing but also accommodating for older guests.
The only thing I would have asked for to make my vacation even better as a senior person was a little more assistance from the staff. While the children working there were generally kind and helpful, there were a few occasions where I could have used some extra support or guidance.

The location was great, close to all the touristy stuff! The staff was helpful and friendly, providing us with all the information we needed. They even let us keep our luggage after check-out.
Oh, and let's not forget the charming elevator that only works with a 10 cent coin. So helpful and convenient!

I felt like a celebrity with the staff taking care of everything, especially checking if I had children with me. Loved the shared lounge, so I could mingle with the other posh guests.
Absolutely loved how strict they were about not allowing any pets or service animals. Who needs furry companions anyway?

Despite the negative aspects, there were a few things that I liked about this hotel. The location was convenient, with the port and metro station just a 10-minute walk away. This made it easy for me to explore the city and access transportation. the staff was friendly and helpful, particularly Simona who contacted me in advance to arrange my check-in. They also provided WhatsApp support for any queries. Lastly, the hotel allowed me to store my luggage after check-out, which was a bonus as it provided me with more flexibility in my travel plans.
The entrance was poorly marked, making it difficult to find the hotel. The lack of signage on the front of the building made it even more confusing.
